Review and Testing

Every project we handle must pass though our comprehensive quality assurance process, Venga Q-Scan. We follow up the translating, editing, proofing cycles with a round of third party review by an approved resource, before putting our stamp of approval on the final localized product.

Linguistic quality review
Venga Localization has a dedicated linguistic QA team to review localized and translated data and make sure it suits overall project requirements and is adapted for target market. We follow proven standards for our quality review process to ensure measurable levels. We tailor the project to your needs. If you already have in-house resources for linguistic review, we integrate their function into our project workflow. If you don’t have internal resources, then we coordinate third party reviews to handle the review process.

Functional testing
Coding issues, ranging from the corrupt display of special characters to truncated text due to limited character space, are often identified too late. Testing and bug tracking is a vital step in the process, both before and after translation to ensure these issues are effectively resolved.

Once the content is translated and re-built we employ third party reviewers to verify the semi-final product and report any linguistic or functional bugs in the localized product. These bugs are logged and sent to our team of linguistic editors and specialized software engineers to iron out the kinks. Once the product runs smoothly it is finally ready to be sent your way for a sign-off review. Our project managers will work with you to see to it that all the necessary modifications are made, so that you are completely satisfied with your localized product.
